The first stage of the journey is trying to figure out where you are. This is where the learning begins. No one knows the full story of what is going on in your life except you and we trust that deep down you know what's best for you, but often self-exploration is required to get there. Our expertise provides you with the conditions necessary to take that deep dive into yourself. Your journey to self awareness starts here - wherever here is for you.

Our counsellors will endeavour to provide you with a safe, non judgemental space allowing you the security needed to be able to open up and begin to process the reasons that have brought you to counselling. We will be there with you as you wander through the maze, following whichever path you choose, however many times you choose it. We will be there with you in the darkness when all you seem to do is run into dead ends and we will be there with you when the path ahead seems bright and clear. We are in this with you.

You have the innate capacity to grow but sometimes the experiences we have gone through in life limit us. We will provide you with unconditional acceptance; empathic understanding; and above all a genuine human connection to help you transcend these limits. Our counsellors are ready and willing to explore with you the limitless potential of your personal growth.
